An Intro, Coyle Command and the Metaverse

So,I decided to start up a new blog to talk about Coyle Command and by extension, The Metaverse. Facebook isn't really good for dumping out huge piles of Behind The Scenes information (Not that there is much going on behind them anyway :P) but hey, I like to talk about it. And now, if you are by some miraculous act of Cthulhu, discovering this blog right off the bat and are intrigued, I suppose you might be interested in knowing just what Coyle Command or the Metaverse IS. Coyle Command is a Youtube series focussing on the exploits of the titular villainous organisation, lead by Coyle Commander (of course) as he leads the charge for world conquest. He is joined by minions Anni Hilator, Agent B, Dr. A. Pocalypse and Colonel Blitzer. Of course very little actually gets done, but they are working on it! The organisation stands as a pillar of darkness and villainy in the world of the Metaverse. Similar to the DC Universe or the Marvel Universe, the Metaverse is not built through comic books, but rather through live action videos. But what makes the Metaverse anymore than just a new slate for super hijinks like so many comic series before it? Well, aside from being live action (as stated), there are two enormous standouts from the Superverse Norm. 1) Villains dominate the focus. 2) Super powers are a rarity. That isn't to say we are Kick-Ass in reverse. One of our most prominent faces, Hazmat Citizen Crusader is a good guy, and sci-fi elements abound from cyborgs to Parallel Universes. Super powers have shown up here and there and feature quite prominently in The Quest by Crimson Vision Studios, but as a whole, Batman would not be out of place at all in terms of power levels in this world's Justice League. But here is the important bit; anyone can do it. If you have a camera, you can be a part of the Metaverse. It would help if you had a costume of course, but that is barely a problem. My costume was originally just a school jacket with a towel or a shirt wrapped around my face. So if you're interested, cut yourself a paper mask and flip on the camcorder and get to doing whatever! Still not convinced, well here is a sneak peak...
